We spend so much of our waking hours running our minds on full spin, we rarely allow our minds a seconds rest from all the hustle, bustle and stress.

So many nights we find ourselves so grateful for the opportunity to sink our heads into the pillow and switch right off.

We are often so busy juggling our everyday lives that we forget to give a little time for our mental well being.
If we just stop for one minute to give our minds a rest and allow the well being that resides in all of us a moment to hatch, we could be so much happier and at ease. Happiness is so simple yet we make it a complex goal we endlessly strive for in the future.

We are constantly planning our happiness, what we are going to do next to get that feeling of contentment that we so long for. Yet we never stop to realise that it is the planning that is stopping us from experiencing life's joy and ease that is ever present.

For a moment try just allowing life to unfold as it is. Stop the planning, stop the controlling just let be. If your feeling down, just feel down, stop trying to work out how your going to make yourself feel better. Stop trying to not feel down and stop telling yourself you should not be feeling the way you are. Instead, don't do anything, just be, as is, thoughts, feelings, sensations coming and going with no one trying to control, change or impose. Just be as you are, allowing everything to come and go without interference.
