By:Elizabeth D Johnson

As human beings, we are usually born with so many various emotions. There are positive emotions and there are also negative ones. When talking about negative emotions, one of those is "anger." As human as you are, one way or another, anger may arise in even light and simple circumstances or situations.

What is anger?

Well, anger is an emotion or a feeling. It is part of every normal human being. When anger arises, usually it affects a person internally and externally. Internal effects include increased heart rate, pulse rate, blood pressure and respiration. External effects can be seen through a person's facial expression, body language and some physiological and psychological effects as well.

Humans are usually provoked and a lot of triggering factors may be encountered that is why there is such emotion as anger. But sometimes, a person tends to over react and does not know how to deal with it. Well, maybe this article may help you as it uncovers 3 effective ways to deal with anger:

1. Understand the cause and the situation
Understanding and dealing with the cause and the real situation may be a lot helpful. It is much easier to deal with anger when you know what you are really angry about. Once you know the source or cause of the anger felt, you can now easily take good steps and proper move in dealing with it.

2. Make the proper move
When you are in the peak of your anger, try to control it and never decide on anything. Deciding on certain situations when you are in the peak of your negative emotions, may complicate the issue more. Make the proper move and never rush on doing things because it may just come from the anger emotion you are feeling. Always make the right and proper move.

3. Don't talk too much and don't over-share
Talking to a good and trusted friend may be very helpful in times of anger. It is important to be listened to and be understood to. You can talk it over or share it friends but with limits. Over-sharing it may lead to different points of view, and different ideas and advices. So, share your anger but with limitations. This is more helpful.

We all experience anger. It is a normal reaction for any human being. When dealt the right way, then it could turn into a positive one. Learn to deal with anger properly.
