Conquer Your Fears With An Action Plan

You can not reach your goals if you do not take action. While it should be simple most people hesitate. You may be afraid. It seems weird to be afraid of your goals and dreams but many people are afraid. Being afraid means they never take action.

Why are people afraid?

There are a combination of reasons why people are afraid. They may be afraid of failure. It may seem like every action ends in failure, but every action is an opportunity for improvement. The only failure is giving up. There are those who are afraid of success. Success may mean more work or not being able to live up to the new standards. It may even be a fear that friends and family will not like the success or come to depend on you.

What can I do if I am afraid?

Unfortunately fear is a monster, yet it is not a very brave monster. Stand up to your fears, do not allow them to them to conquer you or prevent you from taking action. While you may have valid fears there are even greater possibilities when you defeat that little fear monster. When you instead take action you will find the fear moves away and after a while moves off to the side. It may still be there, but it does not step in your way.

Do you have an action plan?

An action plan can help you reach your goals. Having an action plan that you use daily can help you defeat fears related to your goals. The key being that you not only have the plan but commit to doing the daily actions to reach your dreams.

What is an action plan?

An action plan consists of the steps needed to reach a goal. You have steps you need to reach at certain times and with many goals you have task you need to do each day. Committing to practicing daily will help you with sports goals, music goals and more. This is an action that you can take daily. You might commit to certain weekly goals. Weekly action plan goals may be something you do each week or a minimum you want to reach each week.

What does an action plan do?

Daily and weekly action means you can correct things as you go. You have time to make daily improvement. The action plan allows you to assess what you are doing and move towards your goals and push through your fears. Your goals seem smaller so it makes it easier for you to ignore your fears of the end goal.

Are you still afraid?

Consider how much you want your goal. Think about how your dreams can make the world a better place. Fear is easily conquered if you prove bigger than them and take action. When you take action you are the victor!
