Patience - Is it in Your Vocabulary? How About Your Work Mindset?
By:Brent Jaworski

It's 10:00pm and we just lay down. Seriously? Already? The alarm sounded and it was ringing in full force. There's nothing like the sound of a screaming baby to keep you awake at night, unless it's two!

The twins are almost 4 months old now and my wife insisted we must try something new (she does this about once every other day). They simply wake up too much at night. Convinced they weren't hungry, we let them cry a while, and attempted to console them every ten minutes until 2 hours passed and we'd had enough. I'd rather have listened to nails on a chalkboard at that point than to hear that shrill squeal (times two, mind you) for another minute. We had to get some sleep, I was to be up in 5 hours. So, we fed them and gingerly coaxed them back to sleep. We tip-toed back to bed and slept soundly, until 3:00am struck and that piercing, pleading cry erupted again. I was trying to assist my wife in the "calming" process, but began to realize that I had only 2 hours until my alarm clock would go off. I was reaching my boiling point, I was just about to lose it. But I looked at my wife, who (this time) was still as calm as can be rocking, swaying, humming and realized what it took at this moment. I breathed deeply, reached for my reserve stash of PATIENCE..... and I pulled through! I did not yell, scream, cry or harm the baby, I just got through it. This is patience at it's ultimate.

Now, I'm not here to discuss parenting techniques or what is the right or wrong thing to do to get a baby to sleep at night. I am here to paint a picture of what it takes to have patience, in your demeanor, personality, and therefore your occupation or production frame of mind.
I'm an All American Dad and I'm presently also the sole provider for the household. I adore my family and don't want to miss a beat in the lives of my children. That is why I've begun to work from home with this incredible on-line business opportunity. While I am continuing to work outside of my home for now, I have set the wheels spinning for my internet marketing business venture, which will eventually become my full-time job.

It takes a few key ingredients to make this endeavor work, for sure. Determination, ambition, persistence, time, willpower, and purpose are just a few. But after last night's shenanigans, I felt the appropriate word for the day is Patience!

To get started in any business takes a good helping of patience. With this online marketing business, in particular, you must be particularly patient as you gain momentum. You put the wheels into motion and wait for it to take off. You must, however, be actively continuing to build on your previous work at all times. You may not see results right away, but don't stop, rely on your endurance and staying power to keep you moving forward.

To be patient in achieving your goals is to have resolve that you will continue to move forward until you succeed. That said, you may have to take the "try, try again" approach. When one thing doesn't work, try something else, or you may try a number of things at the same time. Be careful not to over-extend yourself, but see what is working for you.

In all things, though, be patient and let your work simmer until you see the profits. You may have people in your life who may tell you to give it up or naysayers who tell you it's not going to work. These are the people who do not have that one key ingredient, patience! Use their negative and probably unsolicited advice as momentum to keep your business rolling forward. CarbonCopyPro has enabled me this exciting opportunity to work from home and enjoy my family, day in and day out. Have you been in that "screaming baby situation" and pulled through time and time again? Then you've got what it takes to persevere and become a work from home dad with a million dollar income.... PATIENCE!!!
