8 Tips to Fuel That Fire Called Ambition
By:Kishor V R

Everyone wants to be successful, make more money, etc. Everyone has ambitions and lot of strength and enthusiasm. However some people do not channelize it properly. Here are some tips to channelize and fuel that fire called ambition.

1) Learn something new every day even if it is related to your job or not. The things you learn will surely come to your rescue in your future ventures, projects, etc.

2) Network with people and talk to everyone about your interests. Do not be an introvert. Ask people for suggestions and ask about their success. You will not only make new connections, you'll also learn something new. You may also win a business partner or a future employer. There is always a direct or an indirect use of being an extrovert.

3) Keep your goals written down in a piece of paper and keep it with you, probably in your wallet. Turns out that, this piece of paper may be a source of motivation when you need it most.

4) Before you go off to sleep think about what you want to do 5 years from now and write the vision you had in a separate book. Set small reachable goals for that day so that you will reach the big one.

5) Read books and autobiographies, biographies of successful companies, people, etc. This will help you build a vision for yourself and so that you can plan the next course of action.

6) After you reach a target or accomplish a goal, celebrate. Enjoy each moment, document it, write it down so that you will talk about it later...YOUR SUCCESS STORY.

7) Share your success story and tell them how you did it. Tell people how your skill can be of assistance.

8) Do what you love and do what is interesting to you. You will not have pleasure of doing things which others tell you to do.
