Motivation Tips
Every one of us has a right to be rich. There are many different schools of thought out there about being rich. At lot of us are taught that money can not buy happiness, the rich are just arrogant selfish people, money will only bring heartache etc. I say that this is the poverty mentality. I myself was raised very poor. We shopped at the goodwill, had no running water, no indoor bathroom and even got government food surplus. But, we were not on welfare. My father worked in a factory for 40 some years and my mother stayed at home. She took occasional odd jobs such as sewing and cleaning houses.
I was told time and again that the love of money was the root of all evil. That God wishes us to be poor so that we can enter the kingdom of heaven. If we were to become rich that it should all be given away because to become rich would be to become sinful and prideful.
There are a lot of people out there who think the same. But here is another school of thought for you. It is not possible to live a full life unless you develop the three most important aspects of your life which is the body, mind and soul. These are the three motivators for which we live. They work in synch with each other and not one is better than the other.
To be a complete person, the way we were born to be, these three motivator should be developed to their fullest potential. The only way to do this is to be able to buy the necessary items to develop body, mind and soul.
The body cannot reach it's fullest potential without the necessary food to nourish it. The healthier we are able to eat the better our bodies perform. Have you ever compared prices of healthy foods to junk foods? It takes money to be able to eat healthy. We need clothing to keep our bodies warm. Try buying a "cheap" winter coat. You will be cold all winter. Quality clothing takes money. We need shelter to be safe and warm. Everyone knows that having shelter takes money.
The mind needs to be exposed to a wealth of knowledge and culture to live fully. It pains me to see people who could be very intelligent and a great asset to the human race but do not try to expand their mind. We need books to read, the ability to travel and experience different places and beautiful objects to stimulate the mind. All of this takes money.
The soul cannot live fully without love. Poverty cannot allow love to be fully expressed. The greatest joy a human can feel is to give to the ones they love. Giving is the most natural and satisfying form of expressing love. You have to have money to do this.
I suffered under the poverty mentality for 40 years before I realized that it is not what the universe or God wants from us. There is nothing wrong with wanting to be rich. This desire is born into each of us. It just gets buried deep inside. You owe it to yourself and to everyone that you love to become rich. Give yourself permission now and watch your life transform!
