Motivation Tips
"Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful." ~ Mark Victor Hansen
1-Start. There is power in beginning. You can think about doing something or you can talk about doing something. But the true momentum begins when you actually make a start. It doesn't have to be perfect in the beginning, but in order to get motivated you need to start. Once you start you will break the inertia that has been holding you back. You will be energized by the thought of taking a step towards what you want. This will motivate you to take another step and before you fully realize it you will actually be in the process of doing what you wanted to accomplish.
2-Plan. With a solid plan you can accomplish huge tasks. A sound plan gets positive results with less effort. When you create an effective plan it is easier to remain motivated while you work it. Every tasks is laid out in advance, so there is less of a tendency to hesitate or put off doing what needs to be done. You are able to take each task step by step as they come up.
A plan eliminates confusion, indecision and frustration. These 3 culprits are the cause of many people failing and quitting.
3-Express gratitude and maintain positive expectancy. Strive to end each day with gratitude and begin each day with anticipation. Be thankful for the experiences that you have had while pursuing your dream. You are in the game. You are actually taking steps towards accomplishing your goals. That is something to be appreciated. Be thankful that you are not wasting your life away by waiting for the perfect time to get started.
Remain ever vigilant with your expectations of good results. Expect to hit your goals. Visualize your actions having a positive impact on the successful achievement of your goals. When you are anticipating good results coming from your actions then you are motivated to take more action.
