EAR - Establish A Routine: Be persistent in hanging in there while doing the work. Stay consistent with your work ethic in order to develop a routine. A routine helps you to get on a roll. After wards you will not be tempted to stop when it becomes necessary to do work that you don't want to do. Instead of hesitating or slowing down you will feel an urge to keep your momentum going by maintaining your habit of consistent work.
STBP - See The Big Picture: Do not get tripped up by avoiding the task that you don't like doing. See the uncomfortable work in the light of your overall goal. Maintain an understanding of how the necessary work fits in your success. When you cultivate an awareness of the part that all of your work plays in the accomplishment of your goal then it is easier to remain motivated to do what it takes.
BPBYD - Be Pulled By Your Dream: Let your dream inspire you to take continuous action. As long as you focus on what you want rather than the the required work involved then you will never have to struggle with motivation.
