How to Have Positive Thoughts
By:Pamela Arsena

I know we have all heard there is power in positive thinking and while some may be skeptical about this I firmly believe it’s true. Think about it people who typically think positive are much happier and content then those who think negatively. Have you ever noticed people who think negatively always have bad things happening to them while positive thinkers seem to have better things happen in their life?

So the question is: How can you have more positively?

The first step is to examine your thought pattern. To do this sit quietly with pen and paper and just think about your life, goals and achievements. What thoughts are you having? Are they positive or negative? Write down all your positive thoughts on one side of the paper and your negative on the other.

Next we will look at the negative thoughts and examine them to find out why we are thinking negatively. Look at each negative thought and ask yourself what am I feeling? And why am I feeling this way?

Try to replace each negative thought with something positive. Write down the thoughts you want to replace the negative ones with.

Keep your list of positive thoughts with you at all times and be aware of your mindset at all times. The moment you start having a negative thought replace it with a positive one. Always read your positive thought list before bed because your mind will absorb it much better.

The key here is practice and persistence. Do this for 21 days and you will feel your thought pattern and attitude change and you will even notice your life is much better.
