Are You A Victim Of Low Self Esteem?

Self-esteem is vitally important for the positive approaches towards facing problems. Self-esteem is a road for smooth approaches to seeing life's problems Self-esteem creates a self confidence in you; it aids him to quit worrying about the troubles and helps the person to face it with admirable courage. A person becomes aware of his/her needs and sets goals and tries their best to meet his/her plans.
How do we define low self esteem?
Amassing negativity or negative opinions might result in low self-esteem. Low self-esteem very well might stem from continual tensions, workloads and enmity etc. Low self-esteem in many cases in losing self confidence. An individual can't meet the troubles as efficiently as he/she once did. Low self-esteem results in unhappiness, lose of motivation, decrease in self-confidence. It could also affect the daily routine as well as any and all relationships. The person begins losing interest in life events occurring around them, preferring to be lonely and not opting to interact in a group setting.
How frequently does low self-esteem may occur?
Low self-esteem occurs in many people's lives. It is somewhat difficult to forecast as to when it will occur. However, it occurs mostly in stressed out conditions.
What does a person feel during periods of low self-esteem?
1. An person gets hurt very easily even from a offensive remark that is passed against him/her.
2. He/she feels very uncomfortable to go out in public.
3. An person is not able to share thoughts and feelings with others.
4. He/she prefers to be alone.
5. An person gets irritated on trivial matters.
6. He/she tends to dislike who they are and blame themselves.
7. The person attempts to avoid new activities.
8. He/she very well might develop negative feelings towards others.
9. He/she is depressed often.
10. The person is scared from real or imagined fears too easily.
11. The person very well might feel like doing harm to harming themselves in some way.
12. The person is afraid that they could be cut loose in a relationship.
13. The person feels as if he/she is not worthy.
14. The person is scared of confronting life's problems and is very scared to do interviews or exams.
Therefore, it is very vitally important that one try not to a low self-esteem.
