Motivation Tips

Fire Up Your Motivation With This 4 Step MEAL

Fire up your motivation and get back on track to reach all your goals. This is a very important skill to develop because we all get stuck and become unmotivated at times. If we stay in this mode too long it becomes even more difficult to start moving forward.

There are many paths to becoming unmotivated such as boredom, illness or injury, and conflict in relationships. Although there are many ways to losing motivation there is one certainty. It happens to us all. What is important is regaining your motivation to keep moving forward. Here is some help to accomplish this.

Tips to Fire Up Your Motivation:

1. Move in the Morning. Wake up 30 minutes earlier and get some mild aerobic exercise. This will cause your body to release endorphins. These boost your emotions and fight anxiety. There are many health benefits to doing 30 minutes of aerobic exercise in the morning. But there are also emotional benefits including getting you motivated once again.

2. Eat in the Morning. Too many people start their day in the starvation mode. This will have a negative impact on the rest of your day. Your blood sugar levels will drop and you will be hungry all day. This will make you feel less energetic and sap you of your motivation. Eat a healthy, well-balanced breakfast of lean protein, complex carbohydrate, and a small amount of unsaturated fat. You will feel energized and motivated for the day ahead.

3. Adjust in the Morning. Each day offers us a new beginning. No matter what yesterday was like, today we get a fresh start. The beginning of a new day is the best time to adjust what will be most important throughout the day: your attitude. You will have no control over many of the events of the day but you do have control over your attitude toward these events. You will have no control over what people say to you during the day but you do have control over your attitude toward these people. Adjust your attitude early in the day.

4. Listen in the Morning. Do not just feed your body in the morning. You should also feed your mind to start the day. If you have time to read something that stimulates and motivates you that is great. If not, there are high quality audio recordings from some great motivational speakers. You can convert your morning drive time into a learning and motivational experience.

Use these tips to fire up your motivation and have a great day that propels you toward your goals.
