Four Things Tourists Love in Atlanta
By:J. Veluz

Atlanta is one of the most diverse tourist spots in the world. It has culture for the more scholarly and artistic tourists. Yet, it does not disappoint the adventure-enthusiasts. Atlanta's diversity is the very reason why tourists love it, but here's a list of the things Atlanta offers in case you're a skeptic:

Atlanta Cuisine and Nightlife

Similar to its diverse tourist offerings is its equally diverse cuisine. Atlanta offers an array of local food which gives you an authentic feel of the place. It also has fine dining if you wish to be upscale. For these two types of dining, whether downtown or upscale, Cajun food, apparently, is a favorite. The place offers not only dining but drinks, which are ideal to end a day of food trip. The drinks come with the nightlife and when Atlanta parties, it parties hard. With the array of dance clubs, taverns, Martini bars and a lot of other nightlife spots, Atlanta is sure to keep you awake the entire night.

Shopping Sprees

Atlanta is also one of the best places in the United States to go shopping. Just the sight of Buckhead, Atlanta's own fashion capital, can fuel everyone into buying clothes and accessories. Like the cuisine (and everything else in Atlanta, one starts to think), the places for shopping cover a wide range of shoppers. Go to Lenox Square if you have a more upscale taste, but Little Five Points is filled with interesting alternative items. Atlanta shopping spots are not only limited to clothes. The shops are also famous for their home dcor and furniture selections.

Architecture and Culture

The entire Atlanta is an architectural dream with all its museum-esque glory. Atlanta is patterned after the Southern plantation look, which calls several old Hollywood flicks to mind. Film buffs and film-makers are probably going to get a kick out of just looking around the place. It not only inspires us to take commemorative photos but full-length films as well! The place is also not only museum-esque, but full of museums as well. The history and culture buff is unlikely to get bored by the sheer volume of museums.

The Rapids

Of course, a tourist's love for Atlanta would not be complete without a thrilling component added to all the cuisine, culture and leisure. It is probable that the white rapids are part of what people associate with Atlanta. With this thrilling extreme sport, a visit to Atlanta is the complete traveler's dream.

We've just outlined the four things that people love in Atlanta and when you visit it, you'll undoubtedly love them too. Every tourist's or traveler's worst nightmare is getting bored in a trip they allotted time and money for and in this part of the United States, it seems that such a thing will not happen.
