Travel in the Philippines
Hello,
My name is Ben Ryan. I am engaged to a girl in Caloocan City, Philippines, and I'm looking to relocate to marry her, adopt her 5 year old son, and stay there to take care of them. I have visited them twice already, and have lived and met her over in China in 2007. We recently have not had success with the fiance visa. So, I am looking to relocate and live there, and hope to get a job teaching english. I currently have a degree in Communication from Northern Michigan University. I also have been a grad-assistant while at NMU previously, having to create lesson plans, and structure for a day. I do not have a teaching degree however, and am interested in getting over to the Philippines as soon as I can and learn, grow, and get kids educated and involved in their community. I have coached hockey at a high school travel level, and have been a professional water skier, and stunt performer. I did meet my fiance while doing a water stunt show in Guangzhou, China and then came back to the states to see the fiance visa through. Well, it did not go through due to her not having a residence visa in China. So, plan B, is for me to see what I need to do to live in the Philippines. I have done sales and recruitment for various companies, and have done corporate entertainment sales in Las Vegas, NV. That did include, selling, booking, staffing, and running events along the strip of Las Vegas. I also was to keep the client happy, catering to their event needs. Thank you so much for your time and consideration, and please let me know what direction to turn? I am happy to chat at any point of time for you to have a better qualification Q. & A. I don't know what avenue I need to go down, but am hard working, and willing to teach kids whatever it takes, and have helped with my mother's classes, who happens to be a special education teacher at Iron Mountain High School, of Iron Mountain, Michigan, USA. I will be happy to do whatever I need to, to accomplish this goal. I know what I am getting into, I have been to the Philippines as I had said, and am willing to do what I need to to support my famliy. I feel that my previous and current work with kids, proves to be a good avenue for me to pursue, due to the fact, I have always had to work so hard to get my grades, and am a very patient person, and understand not all kids learn in 1 way, which can also compromise the outcome of that students learning. It is to Educate that student, to what the best way possible is, to ready that student to function and contribute to their community and society. So please help me with a direction to go? Thanks so much for your time and understanding. Please feel free to contact me on email or via phone at:
