One thing that you will have to remember is that you cannot rely on your degree alone to get you a job. If you don't resource in the right manner, then you will more than likely delay your chances to getting a job period. The one, who resources better, is the one who will get the job the fastest.

When you are preparing your resume, you will want to make sure that you apply as many references to your resume as possible. This is a way to gain credibility with the employer. No employer is going to solely rely on a piece of paper to determine their decision for hiring or not hiring anyone. So when you are making your resume, you will want to make sure you list as many references as possible.
