Reports have been surfacing, and I can personally attest, that 'Frank' could indeed be called 'Francis'. Note that I've referred to 'Frank' as an 'it'. At this point I'm uncertain what gender 'it' may be. I had the misfortune of talking with 'it' over the phone six months ago and I'm still pondering this question. Furthermore, 'it' has an affinity, apparently, for either gender as several accomplices have told me.
