Nanchang Institute of Technology refused to pay the agreed airfare reimbursement, lied, invented a plethera of excuses why it couldnt pay and as it turns out in the end, the head of the department had been trying to scam teachers and invent reasons why they need to pay breach fees so he can pocket them.
