If some poor wretch is stuck for a while at Yuncheng IELTS, they will have to learn to play hardball. Yuncheng IELTS will ignor what the contract says if it is in your favor but very rapidly bring your attention to said contract if it suits them. For example, if they want you to travel miles to do some lessons at another school, they will firstly try and make you less likely to refuse by telling you what a superb and valuable teacher you are. If you still refuse, they will quite rightly say it is in the contract. What should you do? You should still refuse but say tell them that you will change your mind if they fix your heating which has not worked for two months in December. Your heater will be fixed-they would prefer to do this than sack you.
