Constructive ideas?? Tons of them. Don't start classes until the FT is out of bed, had breakfast and got rid of his hangover. Don't conduct lessons on the weekend because the FT wants to picnic in the park with his Chinese girlfriend/s. Ban all T/A's from the classroom because the kids all turn to her because they don't understand what the FT is saying. Demand a profit-sharing arrangement with the School Boss. Let the FT decide how and what to teach.
Training centres in China, are run by Chinese, in a Chinese system, with a Chinese culture. You think you can change that?
