I have been living and working in Chongqing for over four years now, and to be honest, have heard only bad things about CUFLI. From what I have heard through the gossip circles here is they have problems paying teachers (although this was years ago, maybe this has changed now), the accomodations they offer are sub-quality, materials are scarce, teacher mentoring is basically non-existent as well as the schools (which I'm nearly sure aren't actual training centers, but public schools) are always in the counties of CQ, not the city (which means, 500,000 people, 10 foreigners).
To stay on the safe side, scrutinize them very carefully before signing anything, including all of the aforementioned benefits of any legitimate ESL job.
