And why does Turnoi say so? Because many Chinese recruiters have no compunction re trying to con you with a pack of half truths and downright lies that you will only discover after your butt, be it white or otherwise, has been sold by them! I reckon most of 'em would sell their grannies if they could find buyers. But the odd Chinese recruiter is only a little dishonest - he (or she) is astute enough to realize that good business ethics can increase his (or her) profits long-term. Let's also be aware that schools and colleges in China will try to dupe laowai too - as the FAO's who work for them ARE CHINESE TOO!
