Anyone who intends to work at that woeful Yuncheng IELTS place should also remember that they will be villified by Ian and Paul and later sacked if show any romantic inclination toward any of the TA's there ( but you really wouldn't want to get involved with them anyway )

Advisor, I'll give you some advice,if I may!

First, Paul and Ian, and their like, will only villify those FT's whom they consider to be a threat to their own elevated positions in the company, or don't give them due respect.
Second, if an FT shows any romantic inclination toward a TA, the headmaster, Mr River, and the CEO, Dr Wang, a doctor of spin, will get to know about it very quickly. Even so, said FT needn't worry about being fired. After all, he is a golden goose, making money for the company by 'teaching' on its behalf. But it is certain that all the female TA's will be warned not to get romantically involved with him, or else be summarily dismissed.
I recall that when I taught there one of my fellow FT's was always trying to flirt with TA's. Though he'd been there for a few years, he had no success. I think that was probably because he was coloured. I'm sure if an FT was discreet and willing to spend some money on a TA, he'd get a positive outcome!
