How could they ever do that to their teachers? Did u try to go to ur embassy and report this matter ?? Did u try to get some evidence and file ur complain to the foreign expert bureau??? I believe the foreign expert bureau can help u on this matter as long as u back up ur complain and if its proven true, they will do the necessary action.
