I understand what u mean and I sympathize with those Ft's who really get into something bad and its been worst when u have an employer like a crocodile who makes everything miserable and difficult for the teachers. when u feel like helpless, the only thing u can do is to report them to the embassy if they hold ur passport and If the contract was not followed, show to them that u are not threaten and not afraid .. instead tell them that u can report to the foreign expert bureau( Just gather ur evidence(S) and make a written report and a campaign signature from all the teachers before u file it. trust me they will be more careful to deal with u guys. The only reason they become abusive was no one i think, dares to threaten them like what they do to thier FT's. Learn how to stand up and fight for ur right.. We have done this in my previous school so I hope it will help.
