I just wanted to mention that Web has many other branches around China that are more or less the same as you mentioned. I would give Web miss altogether unless it is in a very developed city.

The pay is decent but if you convert the hours worked compared to the pay, you will notice it sucks, badly. I suggest trying your luck with a good University or with a new training center where they may possibly see their foreign teachers as a very valuable resource rather than an exploitable, high priced monkey. But again, it's a risk.
