My Teachermex story is similar. Great emails to persuade me to pay then after I did not response. After I questioned their methods and threatened to instigate a paypal refund I was sent an incredably rude and defensive email...

"I would suggest you tone down your attitude as we have been helping you since only October and our site clearly states it takes several months. Everytime you wrote us we wrote you back including today and I am going to forward all those emails to you as well. **
Do you want to continue with our services or not. If you do I suggest you offer an apology after you see the email from the school. If we were actually a scam we would not be around for 6 years. You need to take your comments off the PayPal page because they are way over the top."

**---They didn't reply and they forward any of the supposed replies I mysteriously didn't receive.

My opinion-Keep well away and don't ever pay a recruiter money!
