Do not even consider working for this company HAMPSON ENGLISH

I started work at Hampsons in mid December on a full time contract but without accommodation. They offered me a starting salary of 9000 per month ( which obviously would allow me to afford to rent accommodation). I have yet to be paid and they are insisting that they will pay me providing I accept only 4600rmb per month.

They have lied and are attempting to defraud me. They have even `retained` 30% of the lower salary and docked money for my legitimate days off during the week so I will end up with nearer 3000rmb.

Question:

How would the Bureau for Foreign Experts view this? The woman `dealing` with this from Hamptons Beijing steadfastly refuses to give me the contact details of the boss of Hamptons which again is illegal, amongst every thing else underhand and illegal?
