Turno, you're so full of that "crappy talk" again. Brad has got a great point there. In fact, our western approach to education in the local training centers have got us and some employers in trouble. In training centers, a FT gets the chance to create the product, his/her students, while in public sector he/she mostly gets a chance to practice with faulty products, the ill prepared students. I guess working with the faulty product is what most of us are supposed to do. Yes, yes, you can create, but don't show the fruits of your work much. Locals are to harvest the success after all and that has to be in agreement with the politbureau's manual.
