BUT SOME PEOPLE DON'T WHAT TO DEVELOP THEIR BRAINS

Exactly, and it is a problem the a lot of so-called managers of bad training centres have!

What about the managers of good training centres? Let's not be negative all the time! Seriously, you should not tar all training centres with the same brush. There are some good ones out there, even in China. You and Silverboy have nothing good to say about any training centres. Actually, both of you have an axe to grind. Sad, isn't it?
A truly professional DOS is worth his ( or her) weight in gold. Real foreign teachers working under one can earn really good salaries and have a career path to follow. Folks, take my advice. Find a good training centre and have the satisfaction of doing a good day's work for a competative pay. Real foreign teachers are treated very well by good training centres. That stands to reason as such competant foreign teachers are the backbone of the training centre, and worth their weight in gold to the owner. That makes sense, doesn't it?
