Thanks Turnoi, just one more word. The authorities may be a bit slow here at the moment, but they are waking up, and have closed a number of private schools in Moscow already. On the 13th of December 2010, the Anti Terror Unit of the Moscow Police turned up at English First and raided it. All the teachers were placed up against the wall, and made to face the wall when this was carried out. This goes on frequently, and on Russia 1 (Poccya 1) they showed Anti Terror units raiding Casino's for money and drugs. The EF Story, well it was a about money, but Anti Terror units do just go into places just for money, ordinary Police units can do that.

The story was that "someone" hadn't been paid, but, that school is being used as a front for something else. Now the authorities will investigate it it thoroughly, either way, it will close, because it has no money coming in (other than that what the illegal side of the schools business is generating), and they have lost all of their contracts. A boss from one of the client firms that EF served told me that he spoke to his boss over 2 years ago and warned him against any kind of business with EF due to it's attitude and lack of professionalism.

Personally, I have never seen a school like EF in Moscow, a school that has a really high turnover of teachers, and from what I have presented to you here you can understand why. I don't know why EF cant take the hint that things wont change for it until they make changes in their own attitudes.

A teacher from Australia had told me that things have become increasingly worse over the past 4 years, and the office is now full of Russians that don't give two f**** about anyone but themselves, even those of the employees who are Russian teachers that work for the school. This story should serve as a clear warning for anyone considering to work at this school.

Ivor G[edited], he is a smooth talking company guy that should not be trusted in any way shape or form.

Not all Russian people are bad, there are a lot of decent people that are trying to live and survive, and as for the authorities, well they don't like anyone, they don't like foreigners, and they don't like their own people.

English First may win on this occasion, here in Moscow, but there are still the obstacles of the European Police still to deal with. EF thinks that this is a joke and that this is not happening, but I can assure them that it is.
