Your response begs the following question, " Does EF Changchun deserve him?" I suppose so, as he comes across as weasellish! A perfect match, don't you think - a weasellish foreign employee working for a weasellish trainig center director, most probably, of local origin. And maybe there is another weasel making it a triangular relationship, namely a wesellish recruiter, not necessarily a Chinese! That must be a hellish combination!
