ESL Horizon is one of the worst recruiters out there. They are known for being extremely racist as they will give you the crappier jobs if you don't meet certain "physical" qualifications. There was a previous post made by Crap School Spotter on them. 3000 rmb for anything is BS. Don't do it! Of course you see the outlandish, ridiculous salaries that they offer but if you believe any of it to be real you're setting yourself up for disappointment, especially if you're a non-native speaker.
