These GW's need to learn that education here doesn't function as it does in the West/Commonwealth countries where there is rule of law and transparency. Ok there are mistakes...but they are brought to light and investigations/inquiries are carried out into any matters that may be brought to light.

Education in China is mainly a business, and attracts the worst foreigners, esp at the TC level.
