Too many Western grovelling weasels in China, and I don't need any of them!

Right as rain, man! I have tried to work out why this is so. My theory is it's on account of modern Chinese culture. The Chinese expect foreigners teaching in their country to be real teachers. And those that are not excelling in the classroom are made aware of it, sometimes tactlessly, and so feel insecure.
Imagine, if you will, you had been invited to teach fulltime in the west. You wouldn't be allowed to teach there until everything had been sorted out, visa, contract, etc, before you had left your homeland. If it turns out you can't teach well, but are just slightly inferior to so-so teacher at best, you'd certainly be allowed to finish your contract before being let go. There would be no danger at all of you being dismissed part of the way through your contract. But in China you cannot be totally secure in your job if you're not teaching well. Average teachers are fired frequently a month or two into their contracts, leaving them out of pocket as a result of having bougnt a single air ticket to get there. So, western grovelling weasels abound in China, even old ones!
