Things may have changed slightly for the better at SFLS if that is possible. After years of uproar from foreign teachers who left the school, the infamous Mr. K. was stripped of most his of his managerial duties during the September - December 2011 term. Ostensibly, it was because he was "too" busy with other things but in reality, the school just didn't want to suffer a continuous revolving door in his department. For many, he was overbearing beyond overbearing. I understand now that his duties are just confined to very innocuous little tasks which cannot do great harm to anyone.

That being said, they have been aggressively recruiting for a full complement of teachers once again and one can only wonder what the turnover continues.

For the poster labelled "confused", if you are going to the Kindergarten, the High School, or one of the GAC classes, then most likely you will escape relatively unscathed. If you are going go to Mr. K's Department, please arrive with a parachute and a life preserver.
