I agree with you, Turnoi. When training schools are desperate for teachers, they will accept any Tom, Dick and Harry. The teacher may get the job after giving a demo lesson but may lose it if students complain about his or her teaching or accent. The school has no choice but to listen to their ‘clients’ because it depends on them for its existence. To the school, students come first, not teachers.
