I never "forgive" any crap school and I also do not assume that they will ever change. Regarding Yuncheng IELTS, all I know that a close friend of mine has worked there for years, was fully satisfied, paid in full and on time and had nothing bad to say about them. And this friend of my is not of the grovelling weasel type, he would have spoken up if there had been a good reason.
