In response to Beijing Huijia Private School (The Alchemist)

These people thought of teachers as commodity, a total disrespect to the profession. Very INHUMAN!!!

If you expect a Chinese person to keep a secret, you're way off course! Your 'secret' will be common knowledge amongst them in no time at all!
Just to add that the people you mention aren't 'inhuman' per se. They are human beings, not Martians nor aliens from outer space. However their morals are lower than a snake's belly. You should describe them as inhumane, based on the way they treat their fellow human beings. That word means very cruel, by the way, which I'm sure you meant to say.
Huijia is not a good employer - if your face doesn't fit, they'll get shot of you as fast as they can, dependent of course if they've arranged for a replacement to supercede you! This is typical of the way many Chinese employers operate, and it's why backwater work is more secure. It's harder for a replacement to be found off the beaten track if you're not in their good books! As for being cheated financially, that can happen wherever you're teaching in China. So, watch out, and do your best to hold them to the terms and conditions of your teaching contract and its appendix!
