Not only does the manager/director of Fei Fan school appear to be an uneducated, anti-social, devious, lying and absolute disgrace of a human being... It is clear that the business aspect of Fei Fan most certainly overrides that of the educational. It looks like the only thing that Fei Fan cares about is money. This is a trait of ESL TCs and can be seen through Robert's original post as well as correlated through numerous other reviews of different Training Centers. Fei Fan is obviously no different than the rest.

As a trained ESL worker and being in the industry for many years now (having both good and bad experiences) I can simply offer this advice - "DO NOT WORK FOR FEI FAN SCHOOL, YOU WON'T BE DOING YOURSELF ANY FAVORS". There are many other schools out there that are both reputable and reliable whom want honest and intelligent workers. Do not jump to Fei Fan simply because they offer you a job... From what I can see they will hire anyone. Make sure that you scour the market and find a place that best suits you.

Good luck to anybody wishing to begin ESL teaching. If you look in the right place then there is nothing to worry about. You will love it.
