OP, many local educational institutions, which focus on child development in foreign languages, are sweat shops. FTs in are only an adverising tool to generate profits. Any foreign director is most often a puppet that utilizes the process. The local standards and regulations suggest that no foreign "interference" is accepted and that local approach to education is mandatory everywhere except the "real international schools" licenced by foreign institutions.
