Dell English school in Songyuan China fails to provide proper housing or follow any contract provided often giving no real contract, stringing along teachers, failing to pay overtime, trys to require seven day a week workdays, forcing to travel to work in other cities without providing for travel time or expenses, just generally a poorly run and dishonest operation and paying very low wages, treat workers as commodities. look for another school. this one will just dissapoint if not outright abuse you as a foriegn expert esl teacher
