In addition to being quite affordable and efficient, ITA "watches your back" while you're in China. Just read some of the previous posts. And ITA has a Chinese rep as will as an American one. I came to China via ITA first, then my son followed the next year via ITA. We both have been quite pleased by their service. And the $325 fee is a steal when you consider most recruiters charge one or two month's salary. To reiterate, yes you can easily find work in China without having to pay a recruiter. But if things go wrong once you're here, you have no one to look after you. You're on your own. Not good. ITA, in contrast, not only gets you the job for a small fee but then continues to service you if needed throughout the length of your contract. Also, when I first researched them, I contacted the Better Business Bureau in Michigan. At that time only one complaint had been lodged against ITA, and the BBB found no legitimate basis for the complaint.
