I knew some models who used to smoke a lot and stayed fairly slim. Not that I am condoning smoking however, it is bad, and everyone knows it these days.

Every-body seems to want to prove that they are not part of the common-smoking-herd so much, that my point is being missed- it should be bleeding obvious that I am not seriously suggesting that smoking is not a killer but I am exaggerating to state that being overweight will polish you off quicker than smoking. I'm not having a go at you personally, I actually believe that you have grasped what I am saying; although you may not entirely agree with me.

Most dangerous seconf hand smoke by the way, doesn't come from cigarettes.... some comes from selfish barbecues which we are forced to breath in.
