It seems to me that you are just another do-gooder laowai GW in China. It seems you think a Western man having a young Chinese or Asian GF is "wrong" or "immoral". You are part of the "she's young enough to be your daughter" brigade, blissfully ignorant of the fact that a 45 or 50 y/o laowai with a 22 or 23 y/o wife or GF is a normal thing. They are lovers, not a father-daughter relationship.
Anyway, I encourage all FT's to drink up and be merry this Xmas, bang a few older students or hookers, follow the "good example" of your Chinese male colleagues, hehe!

As for me, I recently stocked up the drinks cabinet including a ginger flavoured vodka, that will produce some cracking winter warmer cocktails.

I'm working upon a couple of birds, one of the older student category albeit from a nearby different city that I often visit and and one who is actually an older ex-student from my TC days, but she's not a university student; she's actually a businesswomen who is a few years older than me, lol.

However, if I actually see any of my current students in one of the bars celebrating the end of term, I'll happily drink with them and buy them a few drinks even. If they've worked hard, they've earned the right to let their hair down right? I certainly hope that they are going to do a bit of shagging too (with each other, not me). Some of them, especially those horny young lads and the geeky virgin lasses; need a good festive root. I expect to see lots of Ho, Ho, Hoes on the loose!
