KB, just make sure you get put in email contact with 2 native english speaking teachers currently teaching at that school and ask them detailed questions about teaching hours, curriculum, salary, flight reimbursement, accommodation standards, contract adhesion etc. If you can't do this part, it's too risky to work for a training centre and really you should go the public school/uni route at least the first time around in China!
