first this is an illegal company. they have police raids that detain a handful of foreign teachers ever few months. I was there for 4 months and it happened twice. they will take you to the police station and make you sign a confession (that you broke the law and that you will not work in china anymore). then you will have to pay a 5k fine. they take your picture and make you sign a piece of paper that says you will never work in china again, and if you are caught working again, there will be a heavier fine and you will be arrested and deported from china. that being said. the z visa that they do proved is not in fact working for best learning (as they are not licensed to hire foreigners). it will probably be listed as working at china Unicom or something like that. now because of these reasons I chose to leave. they said they would pay the last month of my employment but they did not. they will flat out lie to you. now the process is that you will do some training at hq with GLORIA who is a mid 30's plump [edited]. she cakes on makeup like shes 14. I think she is something like a comfort girl because a couple of guys from each training has had her. then youll go to a center. the center I went to had 2 hts (ROMI [edited] AND NATHAN [edited](OR SOMETHING OF THAT SORT). of course they are terrible managers with very little experience. then there is the principle Eileen. she is as bad as they come. compulsive liar. she is the one in charge of lying when a teacher/student opts to leave. she will resort to manipulation, threats, charm... anything. I have attached a time sheet with the names of people at the center in case it can do anybody any good. if you would like evidence of unpaid salary, I would happy to share it with you too.
