Facts are best analyzed & hence understood, being a part of the team or the system.
I have been a team member of the Beijing New youth school for an year. Therefore I could better depict its working.
It is quite a challenging task to deal with diversified nationalities in an organization.

People come with different cultures & varied mindsets. Every one's expectations are different.
I must appreciate Beijing New youth school for its being forerunner in the field. It has set the stone of multi-national culture in the town - Pinggu.

Now coming to the complaints, described in this thread, I would state the tussle between the employers and employees is a universal phenomenon. It's not only an all times hot topic, but also does cross the boundaries.

The employers rights are reserved to fire employees for a reason. And the employees are always free to express their anger. It doesn't mean to condemn the organization by knowing one side, only.
