But you will not always have a situation like that, there may be problems with discipline in class at times,etc. - unless you play the monkey in class, which actually many foreign teachers in China are expected to at crappy places like EF.

Maybe good for the owners of that "school" as it generates money for them, but it doesn't necessarily say the the kids really learn anything!

All this post of yours proves is that your bias is so ingrained that whatever I say you will find fault with even.if it means contradicting yourself. Either my students fear/hate me and I'm a horrible person, or when shown.my students don't hate/fear me, I must 'play the monkey' with them so they aren't learning anything! In fact neither are true, I get on great with.my students, they respect me and I respect them. Any assertion from yourself to the contrary is purely speculative on your part and therefore completely irrelevant to me.

The people who are important (that's my friends, family, students and colleagues) know me and like me very much. I couldn't care less if some two-bit internet troll who needs to bully people in order to feel superior likes me or not!
