CT, you shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a classroom for the views you have expressed here. I truly pity anybody unlucky enough to end up in your classroom.

How somebody who professes to 'stand up for the students' as Turnoi claims, can associate and defend your teaching skills when you post such awful things is honestly beyond me.

Go ahead Turnoi, show this thread in it's chronological entirety to your 'peers'. If you honestly think they will be more impressed by you twisting, turning, contradicting yourself, defending the skills of people like CT with his views as expressed in his previous post, all the time attempting to distract by either insulting me, admitting your bias, changing the goalposts every time you are refuted and constantly repeating your warcry of fake poster, than they would by somebody who has remained on point and championed the rights of each student to receive good quality education no matter where they are, then your 'peers' are as misguided as you are.

You say that because I didn't work in a university in China (a most illogical place for somebody who enjoys teaching the under-16s to work) means I cannot teach at your level, despite teaching CAE and proficiency to those YL students and also to adults in my adult classes. This is not the case. I chose to work in a TC because I feel that all students are deserving of a good teacher, not somebody like CT who thinks it's acceptable to teach whilst drunk so long as they have breath mints... If more decent and qualified teachers worked at TCs in China, they wouldn't be able to get away with half of what they do. But you cannot discuss this topic in a rational or considered manner as you have happily and proudly admitted your bias on the subject. So that's the end of that one.

I've never asked anyone to post anything for me, I'm more than capable of standing up to you on my own... Also, considering you were wrong about me being this fabled multi-aliased poster, who's to say you're not wrong more often? Just because somebody doesn't agree with you, doesn't mean they're the same person!

You and I can agree on one thing: this is a total waste of time. All this board is is a place for you to trot out your own rhetoric and get validation from people like CT and poison poor, inexperienced teachers who don't know better. You don't care about the students, all you care about is your own vendetta against people you deem to be 'low lives'... All the while defending the skill of teachers like CT who care so little for their students, they think drunk teaching is acceptable. Shame on you, Turnoi. Shame on you.
