This is what I mean by free time impacting your teaching. If you are teaching the next day, you shouldn't be out drinking the night before. You wouldn't do it in the UK (in any profession), so you shouldn't do it in China either.

That is not circular logic. Perhaps you should look that phrase up before using it again.
