A godsend for FTs? You can buy coffee machines and real coffee in China, you know? You'll probably never see a real Aussie drinking instant...

长岛冰茶 - The easiest Chinese cocktail name for a foreigner to learn. It is a literal translation of 'Long Island Iced Tea.' Probably the first Chinese cocktail name you'll learn and the most important one, because if you don't fancy drinking beer, this is the cocktail that any bartender can make and it always does the job.

Can't say I'm a big fan of the addition of sours mix to a Long Island that American bartenders prefer to use,I know it's the authentic way, but I sometimes think it just hides cheap and shitty spirits. Then again, the Long Island Iced Tea is not a classy drink, it's a party drink.

Ordering its blue cousin - the 'Adios Motherf**ker,' (the same as a Long Island, with triple sec replaced by Blue Curacao and cola replaced by lemon & lime soda) is a little more complicated, I always forget the Chinese name and it always confuses the bar girls, sometimes you just have to ask them for 'The blue drink' and then they'll work it out.
